These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlowState QSR application and website (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FlowState QSR is a private team-management tool for the staff and leadership of a quick-service restaurant. It provides features such as scheduling, position deployment, checklists, break tracking, recognition, announcements, and team messaging. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Messages and content you post may be visible to your leaders and the operator and may be moderated or removed.

4. Content and data

Content you submit (messages, schedules, logs, profile details) is processed to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. The restaurant operator is the administrator of its workspace and its team’s data. You retain responsibility for the accuracy of information you provide.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the operator of FlowState QSR and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service. Chick-fil-A and any other third-party marks referenced within a store’s content belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is a workplace coordination tool. Features such as break reminders and labor settings are aids only and do not constitute legal, employment, or compliance advice. The operator and its leaders remain responsible for following all applicable labor laws and workplace policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
