Two ways, and the first is much faster:
Upload a schedule (adds everyone at once)
Go to Schedule → Upload and drop in your schedule file or a photo of it. FlowState reads the names, creates accounts for anyone new, and shows you each person's temporary sign-in.
Add people by hand
Team → Add a person. If you've set a team starter password, you can leave the password blank and they'll get that one.
Set a team starter password once and onboarding becomes one sentence you say out loud: "Store number, your name, and the password is ___." Everyone still picks their own on first sign-in.
