Plans are per store: monthly, annual, or a one-time lifetime license. Every teammate is included on every plan, so you never pay per person.
Bought on the web? Manage or cancel from the billing link in My Account, or email billing@flowstateqsr.com. Bought in the iPhone app? Manage it in your Apple ID subscription settings. The Android app is billed on the web. If you bought through Google Play, manage it in your Play account.
If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. The store pauses, and everything comes back exactly as it was when you renew.
