Plans are per store: monthly, annual, or a one-time lifetime license. Every teammate is included on every plan, so you never pay per person.
Bought on the web? Manage or cancel from the billing link in My Account. Bought in the iPhone app? Manage it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. The store pauses, and everything comes back exactly as it was when you renew.
