Temperature logs and the audit binder

Temps logs your cold-hold and hot-hold readings on the rounds you define (opening / midday / closing by default).

Set your rounds and which items get checked in Store settings → temperature rounds.

When the inspector walks in

Owners can produce the Audit Binder in one tap from the tools list: every log for a date range, print-ready. There's also a plain CSV export.

Edits and deletions are recorded. If a reading is corrected, the original is kept and the export shows that it was edited. That is what makes the records trustworthy.
