Jolt does not publish a price. That is not an oversight, it is the sales model: you request a quote, and what you are quoted depends on which modules you take, how many locations you run, and how the conversation goes.
Which is why you are here, and why this page exists. We sell a competing product, so read it with that in mind, but everything below is sourced and dated and you can check all of it.
What third parties report
These are other people's published figures, not ours, and they disagree with each other enough that you should treat any single number as a starting point rather than a price.
| Source | Reported | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Capterra | From $89.99 per location, per month | Listed starting price |
| Software Finder | $79.99 per month, or $99.99 on an annual package | Per user or per location depending on the plan |
| RestaurantTools.ai | From $69 per month | Entry tier |
| Third-party quote examples via Capterra | $207 to $296 per month for a full single-location suite, plus roughly $500 to $600 one-time implementation | Multi-unit discounts reported |
Checked 2026-08-06. Jolt's own site directs you to sales rather than a price, and itqlick and Software Advice both describe the same custom-quote model.
The spread is the finding. A category where the reported entry price is $69 and the reported real-world quote is $296 plus setup is a category where the number depends almost entirely on what you agree to on a call. That is worth knowing before the call rather than during it.
What to ask on the quote call
Whoever you end up buying from, these are the questions that move the number:
- Is this per location or per user? The reported figures include both, and the
difference at a 40-person store is enormous.
- What is the implementation fee, and is it waivable? Reported at roughly $500 to
$600. It is the single largest line most people do not budget for.
- Which modules are in this number? Checklists, labeling, temperature monitoring and
scheduling are frequently priced separately.
- Does hardware come extra? Label printers and probes are a real line item in
food-safety tooling.
- What is the contract term, and what happens if I cancel in month two?
- What does it cost at store number two? Ask now, not when you open it.
What we charge, published
We publish ours because we would rather you compare than call.
| Plan | Price | What is included |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $189.99 per store, per month | Everything. Every teammate. No setup fee |
| Annual | $1,899.99 per store, per year | About $158 a month, two months free |
| 2 to 5 stores | $169.99 per store, per month | Applied automatically at checkout |
| 6 or more | $149.99 per store, per month | Applied automatically at checkout |
No implementation fee, no per-user charge, no hardware requirement, and a 30-day money-back guarantee written into our terms rather than just stated here.
Where this comparison is not flattering to us
Worth saying plainly, because you will work it out anyway.
If all you need is scheduling, we are the expensive option. 7shifts publishes Essentials at $39.99 per location and has a free tier for a single location up to 15 employees. Homebase has a free plan up to 20 employees and paid plans from $30. Against either of those, on scheduling alone, we lose on price and it is not close.
We are worth comparing when the job is bigger than a schedule: temperature logs, station checklists, an audit binder, a timeclock and team chat, all in one bill instead of three. That is the comparison where a $189.99 line replaces more than it costs, and it is the only one where our number makes sense.
Do the arithmetic on what you are actually paying now before you decide.
